If you don't have a guitar or other instrument at hand, you can let your creativity flow with MIDI. Having an good soundcard, like a Creative Soundblaster 64 AWE for example, it may sound just a little bit like the soundtrack of Super Mario Bros for the Nintendo Entertainment System *bg*.

Giving you an idea of what or sound(ed) like, here's the music:
